More than 1,500 emergency management professionals convened in Orlando at the Orange County Convention Center for the IAEM 2006 Annual Conference & EMEX Exhibit - breaking all attendance records in the history of the International Association of Emergency Managers.

The majority of the attendees at the IAEM Annual Conference & EMEX Exhibit play a key role in selecting, purchasing and using emergency equipment, supplies, products and services. They include disaster planning and preparedness managers, response coordinators, emergency communications managers, private industry contingency planners, and contract services providers.

Many thanks to last year's EMEX exhibitors for your support of the IAEM 2006 Annual Conference & EMEX Exhibit in Orlando. We registered a record 1,505 conference participants, and displayed a record 272 booths representing 189 companies. This most successful EMEX event ever featured all significant suppliers to the homeland security and emergency management profession. 

IAEM, EMEX, and the Annual Conference continue to grow in numbers and influence, and we are inviting you to be part of that growth in 2007.

Reserve Your Space at EMEX 2007 Today  
With more than a quarter of our exhibit space already reserved, we remind you that we are now open for business at EMEX 2007. With the unprecedented success of the 2006 show in Orlando, we are expecting a much greater interest from even more companies at EMEX 2007 in Reno, Nevada. As bookings are made and contracts received, EMEX will load exhibitor information into the EMEX Web site to maintain a year-round presence on the Virtual Expo - offering additional exposure and a direct link to your Web site. IAEM Affiliate Members receive a 10% discount.

IAEM can work with any budget to give you the chance to benefit from the many sponsorship opportunities that will be available at our IAEM 2007 Annual Conference & EMEX Exhibit.
